KlutzyDaisy2623 had read the rules and understood that greifing was not allowed or is ever allowed in the skyblock community and is not to be tolerated in minecraft in general due to the cruelty and cold heartedness of it.


Why do YOU think you were banned? In no means or ways did KlutzyDaisy2623 plan to be cruel or mean to this persons warp or island (/warp yolo) because he was being mislead by Baconman5555. Baconman5555 had gone to the warp assuming he was lagging started to break lots of blocks while looking for a good warp, KlutzyDaisy2623 Had followed Baconman5555 and assumed that because he was breaking blocks it was okay for him to as well because he had permission. I do not know why this person did not have their warp/island private but they did not and it was not only a mistake on KlutzyDaisy2623's part but on the island owners too. KlutzyDaisy2623 had broken several grass blocks and had no intentions of being cruel or mean while on this island and on our amazing skyblock servers.


Was this an incorrect ban?
No KlutzyDaisy2623 did loot and grief the island with Baconman5555 but meant no harm and was simply being foolish by pulling a "monkey see, monkey do" while following Baconman5555 to find good warps

KlutzyDaisy2623 had NEVER been banned before on the skyblock servers including Skywars, .Net, or .ORG


Why do

think you should be unbanned?
KlutzyDaisy2623 should be unbanned because not only is very upset and sorry for greifing and looting the island but also he has learned his lesson and is willing to pull together his act with a second chance like you gave Baconman5555 just because he was foolish enough to tag along while innocently looking and admiring these warps.

Sorry for the miscommunication as to who banned him, but like I said above we are not 100% sure

 

Why is the ban appeal not being filed by the person who is banned? Unforunately I'm seeing you as a "lawyer" type mediator who is doing his best to keep someone out of trouble. The appeal process is personal.

Before I even consider the appeal, please validate your reasons for appealing in his place.

 

Well there are a couple reasons that I am appealing for KlutzyDaisy2623, First off KlutzyDaisy2623 does not have a forum account as said above along with the reason it would have taken him like half an hour to type all this. Second, I am his in real life friend. Third he and I have been close friends for a while now and he had helped me out of a pinch earlier in real life involving an angry old lady and a rock I kid you not... long story so I decided to repay him by helping him type this up while in a call with him. Lastly I have written an appeal for Baconman5555 for the same reasons (and his computer was out for repairs) and was quickly accepted and he is to be unbanned 12.12 so I had experience typing these appeals. I hope you understand :3

 

As much as I admire your friendship and the lengths you are going through to help him, not being willing to create an account to appeal, whether he copied and pasted something you wrote for him or not, shows quite a bit of laziness to me. In the back of my mind he's getting off easy because not only could he get out of trouble but he didn't even really have to do any work for it.

However, on to my evidence.

I don't know the details of Baconman's appeal or anything as was decided by the situation with the mod that handled that section of the issue. I do know however that quite a lot of a user's island was damaged, including an entire section of floor. Those are blocks that would be hard to gather, meaning it was simple destruction for the sake of destroying.

You aren't disputing the correctness of this ban, so I have no reason to provide screencaps of the offense.

What I'm going to do is alter this ban to temporary. I will unban your friend on December 15th. This makes the ban 4 weeks, which is a single month. In the future I suggest that all ban appeals, if any, be written by him. But I seriously hope to never see this name in my appeal section ever again. I do pay attention to the names I see and I will inform any mod of this previous infraction should he get banned again.

In the event that I seem to forget or have missed the unban date for any reason, send me a private message here on the forum with a link to this appeal. I will try to handle it in as timely of a manner as I can.
