Chat hall

Now I know that with recent developments we are without a solid Web Designer, so this is a far reach. At some point in the future I would like to see some sort of Chat Hall / Room, where we can speak live without having to be in game. It could have different rooms for different subjects, help, etc. Though there would be room for abuse, forum chat moderators could aid.

I think of the system on PMC, if anyone is familiar.

Thoughts?

 

This used to be the shout box, but it was taken down due to the lack of people using it.

 

Ah, I knew it! I could have sworn there used to be something like it.
