[RetirementPlan] Banned for Greifing

5. Why do YOU think you were banned? i was banned for greifing a starter island with only a cobble gen
6. Why do you think you should be unbanned? First of all I posted a appeal before and mods said no unbanning for greifing but recently ive noticed people who have greifed are getting unbanned. I just want another chance at being unbanned. I only destroyed the island because it was in the way of my island. I did not greif for materials such as dirt; as that is illegal.

and thats where i stop you. there is no such thing as an island that is "in the way" of your island. your island has a limit of 52 blocks horizontally from your bedrock in any direction on the compass. there is no possible way it can be in the way if you have a limit. if anything you were in that persons way as you made your island too big and over the limits. there is a limit on how big your island can be as there is a reset radius if you type /newisland replace, and it resets everything vertically in a cube that is 52 block radius horizontally from your bedrock. therefore you cannot have just been bulldozing it out of your way as it wasnt IN your way. all this is is a case of greifing and not reading the rules. greifing can be as little as putting a sign on someones island, or even fixing a fence placement that pisses you off visually that you can see from your own. greifing is any change to anyones island other than your own when they didnt consent to it.

in my opinion, dont look forward to an unbanning as you did it blatantly, you even admit it yourself

 

You destroyed an entire island. To get there you had to bridge, which is illegal. You destroyed and island which is griefing. And im assuming you didnt let the materials go to waste which is looting. Appeal denied. Thread closed.
