I became a donor so I can have fly, kits,spawners and have fun. I received spawners but they were deleted when I started my island I didnt no I was spose to have an island before donating. Ive been a donor for about 3 weeks and only received 1 kit. None of the commands work and I asked many times many many times. One said use /kit or /kits nothing another said use .kit or .kits and again nothing. I believe a mod came and loaded my inventory with junk because any other time when trying to get a kit nothing worked. If I knew all I was going to be able to do is fly id have just purchased flying for 25.00 usd. I asked for help 5 times just now knowing there are at least 4-5 mods on and non replied. Im just at my wits end. I am not getting what I paid for. You offer a service for a certain amount and im not receiving what I paid for.
The only person that can help you with donation issues is Noobcrew, you need to have a receipt of the transaction.
I think ill just write this off as taking another hit up the arse and call it quites. Its been so difficult trying to get help from anyone. I think some of the Mods should go back to being just regular ppl. Alot of them are on power trips. Its just a game and I was hoping to enjoy my self but have yet to. I fully understand that but they can at least tell me some thing such as ... We cant help with donations pls talk with Noobcrew or CYP. At least then id have some direction.
