Cant start conversations on the forums.

I put in my conversation title and this appears: This error occured. pleas enter a valid message.
Please help me with this.

 

Did you enter a message? So you have the title, other person(s) in the conversation, and a message typed.
(Just checking because you could think of it as you start a conversation and then type, when you need to have something already typed in the space)
