Yesterday, Justin and I got into a disagreement about something, anyway after he threatened me and told me to "Grow the f*** up" he prompt that I should be demoted because oh by the Gods I did not agree with him and I have my own opinion (dumb aye). Even though I took the more mature approach and didn't swear at him, even though he swore at me and threw in my face he has the power to demote me and something about pissing everyone off because I'm voicing my own opinion. (even though he was the only one to get annoyed by it) he then turned to petty threats and all around childishness. But yeah, I cannot take hypocrites who try and scream that the mod team is equal but as soon as something is said they don't like you're in trouble. He's a hypocrite and I'm putting this blunt and it is correct, go look at the thread in the Archive. I'll PM you the name or something so it's not leaking. You can make your own verdict on it. Lastly I don't want you handling this at all Justin. I'd rather someone who isn't a power-abusing / hypocrite admin handling my ban appeal. Yeah I could have went about this another way.. But you honestly deserve it. You're not above anyone else, stop acting like you are.
Ever since you came back, your "voicing your opinion" has turned into taking everything personal on the other person if they disagree with you. The decision was already made, and you continued to argue with the one responsible for making that decision. Page-after-page you continued to call him out saying that he wasn't as great as a staff member as you and that his way was wrong; even though every single person who commented on that topic stated otherwise. Since I do not share time-zones with you, I won't comment on your in-game performance, but a re-evaluation of your attitude and how you hold yourself on this staff team when talking to superiors needs to be re-looked. I never said I was better than him in anyway. I said he didn't deserve Admin, which seeing as he cannot handle simple criticism. I'm not sure why I'm on the end of the stick here, he's the one that abused me I was just defending myself. So it's not okay to defend myself from petty threats and insults? -- That's not fair nor do I care if his name is red, he's a kid. I'm not the first he's threatened to ban if he's proven wrong. He treated me like crap first because I didn't agree with him. I don't care if others agreed with me or not, it's not a debate or argument..

As far as the appeal goes, that is pretty much it. Discussions are not meant to take place on ban appeals I mean discussions as evaluating staff decisions and actions. The way things are handled etc
I don't know if I allowed to. If the one who banned you was an Admin, I can't unban. So seeing there is no signature, I won't mess with it.
Zambiana, although I said earlier I would not get involved, and I still shall keep to that, I hope this can be dealt with and handled in a respectful and responsible manor by both sides, as I consider myself your friend, and hope it obviously turns out well for you. All I can do, my apologies.
I've been a mod longer than Zambiana(I think), and ever since I met him, he seemed reliable and certainly mod-worthy. I vote to unban you Zambiana, however I think the demotion was appropriate. I doubt Noobcrew would demote and ban you without a valid reason(In this case leaking items?). (I'm assuming Justin is SLG?)
