It's good that you took some time, but I know of multiple who used around 1 hour or more. But good luck, you seem to really want this.
Try to add in your thoughts on why you should be a mod. Your qualifications is what you can do for the server and how you can fix problems. Also; building is not a part of being a mod. I would fix the spelling, you spell your and you're mixed on some cases and always capitalize "I".
