I would also like to add that sometimes when I see someone advertise or spam, the staff that is online doesn't always see it. If I were to become a moderator, I would watch the chat like a HAWK and keep an eye out for people who advertise or spam and make sure it gets dealt with.

I'm sorry I'm not supporting because I would want a cool mod, but your really strict you got to let your self free and be nice it's ok we all do mistakes and we need to learn from them. And if you change ill support just because I think your and O.K cool like when I someone talks or something you need to say hi or how are you not "ok, kool" Really that's not the kind of mod I would want.

 

If I were a mod who let people get away with stuff every once and a while, people will get more confident and do more stuff thinking that they will get away with it. I wouldn't want to lose my position because I let people get away with breaking the rules.

 

I'm not saying to let everyone go and not ban them im trying to say go easy on them your really rough on player and really strict, people wont like you if your strict that's why be nice and more people will talk to you and more people will like you, I'm just giving you tips because when you got banned I saw lots of people saying "Yes or yyaa hes banned and that's not good lots of people hate you. You might think that everyone likes you but many hate you.

 

The majority of those people were probably people who I have reported. And some of my FRIENDS on the server were telling me what happened and it wasn't as bad as you just said.
