8. Why do you think you should be unbanned? Beacuse this was a mistake and i was not trying to scam.

So you called me over, reporting a grief. You showed me the place where it was griefed. I LogBlocked it and saw that you had built it (nothing out of the ordinary). Then I checked the supposedly broken blocks and saw that you and your coop partner (artyou or something) had broken the blocks. I checked all around the area and found nothing but you building the structure and tearing it down.
Here are some evidence of this


I confronted you about the facts and you responded with that your chest area was there before, but you moved it.
(The chests that are shown in Pic. 2 are the ones that were moved). And if that were to be true then I'd have to find logs of that. The following two pics show no logs of such events occuring over, nor under, the cobblestone, proving that the move never happened.



All of this points towards that you tried to scam me out of a spawner. Your story has holes in them and according to Furyion this is not your first ban (Which you have admitted already).
I would appreciate feedback from staff what you find will be a appropraite action.

 

Why would I want to scam in the first place?

 

Why do people scam in general?

 

I don't know. It makes no sense to me at all.

 

To gain unfair advantages. And I'm not saying you're a cheater, all I'm saying is that the evidence points towards an attempt at a scam. And I, as a Moderator, play on evidence only.

Well.. my opinion is unban.. he seems sincere and he's already been banned long enough. No crime was successfully committed.

 

Anyone can unban. I got no access to PC atm.
