Cannot delete a border I placed ages ago? If staff can help, that would be amazing! <3

Hello! I have a weird problem at my island that I discovered today while trying to remove a cobble stone border/outline I had placed around it at y1 level AGES ago: one side cannot be removed!

For some reason, although I placed that border, it seems to associate it with an abandoned island (well, actually it looks more like a victim of dirt farming than an actual island) adjacent to my island (then again, I am surrounded on all sides by abandoned, never-developed islands), owned by a player named Habenaro who hasn't been online in more than 2 years.

I beg of you, is there ANY way that a staff member who is able to break blocks would be able to remove that one side border of cobble for me so that I don't have an OCD fit over it? Thank you very much if you are able to do so, I'd really appreciate it tremendously.

Thanks so much if you or anyone else can do so, I totally appreciate it! I'm not even on myself right now (fixing dinner), but the ugly little cobble line is very self-evident LOL!
