Hi all, So this morning I was asked to try and help fix someone else's casino design as it was broken, I take a look at it, and it is the sketchiest design I've ever seen, but to be fair the person paid 200g for the design. Now not to slam anyone's business, and not to slam anyone buying a casino, but when I sell my design, I will explain how it works, I even have documentation I send people showing how the mechanics work (should it ever break and im not available, which has never happened) Can I make a plea to anyone in the community who may not have the best redstone knowledge, IF YOU BUY A CHEAP CASINO, EXPECT IT TO GO WRONG. You pay for what you get. I will try and fix other peoples casinos if they go wrong, but I dont know everything or claim to, Buy from reputable builders, and if it breaks go to them. I hate that people are losing out on money/profit/items because they buy a cheap design from people who have over complicated or broken designs, that can only be fixed by that person. People are entitled to sell you crappy designs, it's up to you to make the right choice when buying a business.
Yeah you need to be careful when wanting to hire someone to build you a casino. And when they're done building it then make sure to let them test it and double check the casino itself in case there's something broken or faulty with the casino. It's best to hire someone who has a good reputation when it comes to designing a casino especially if you have to pay a lot for it but at the end it'll be expensive but at the same time, it'll be worth it for the profit it'll make for you in the casino. Also if anyone needs their casino approved, hmu : ))
Yeah, and not to slam anyone's designs, its tough designing a casino and there are multiple ways of doing it. It would just be handy to explain how it works to the buyer should you not be available to fix it. It's a shame we have to treat our designs like Government secrets during the cold war, it would make things easier if we didnt xD
I agree completely Leo and think that your providing of documentation explaining the casino is a really good way of doing things, something I will try to add to any of my jobs in the future I do however think that cheap isn't always a sign that it won't work; if you are just starting as a casino builder, you may not be comfortable charging the 20-30 stacks of grass that have been suggested, even if your design works perfectly, though exercising caution is still advisable
I respect that, and after our discussion I agree with you on that, and it would be nice to make all our designs publicly available, if you want to make money building it, then it's good you know. For some further information, this design does also work with having a multiple spin offer; 1:1 and 10:9 (for example) and supports spamming, though the person spamming may have to wait a little while for all of their spins to be computed by the rest of the casino as it will then be held up by the hopper speeds, which we all know aren't great xd
I love doing casino challenges to verify! I usually will test your odds for your best prize! so if I win within the grass limit- you keep the grass- and if I don't then (i get my grass back ofc) you can fix your casino without getting in trouble for false advertisingggg. (hmu )
