Can't untrust someone

Hey there, I moved my self to new island. I found Pibsy is trusted. When I do /untrust Pibsy it say "Pibsy is not trusted."

 

I believe it’s because he changed his name, if a player changes their name while being trusted I think the old name stays. Maybe Leeeroieee can help lore

 

Have you tried using namemc to find out if their name has changed and then untrusting their new name?

It hasn’t changed. I also told them to try and untrust using /sb but that didn’t seem to work either. Leeeroieee can you help?

 

I often use /seen (old name) to find out someone’s new name as it shows by doing that. But that won’t be helpful at the moment if their username hasn’t been changed. Have you tried relogging?

Yes, I did.

I will check when I arrive at home. But, maparts that lost were on WetV’s island. Not me, just incase.

 

was it in a chest or item frame. If in item frame it's likely to be because the setting was on

 

That one is on WetV’s island. Not mine, that problem was solved. Thanks anyway. Right now, I just need Pibsy to be untrust. I felt uncomfortable placing valuable stuff, when someone I don’t know is trusted.

Your best bet is to wait it out, contact Leeeroieee if you can. He can be found on discord but is more active on forums. You could try and make a comment on his profile?

 

That's pretty funny, a bug. You can ask an smod to clear your trust list, but be sure to write down anybody you want trusted, and can actually trust. And make sure to check over your /sb settings.

 

What is your IGN Infinite_117? I can try resetting your island trust list - but you'll have to re-trust everyone you do want trusted.
