Since you've already read the rules, can you please explain why you deliberately broke the rules and island farmed?
You've been banned for it before, so it's not like you had forgotten it was illegal.

 

Sure thing i can explain , I let my cousin use pc because they came in for christmas and he play minecraft skyblock very long and told me that he can get me a lot of money i belived him and before i recognized what he have done i saw all this dirt and it was too late to remove it , i just wanna be sorry for my stupidness and i can promise i wont do it again

That isn't an excuse, you could've easily dug up the dirt, handed it over to a moderator and explained what had happened. Since you've appealed now, your ban only has another 2 hours left on it. I think you can wait that out, and in future, don't let people on your account.
