    There's no age limit on to get staff, you just need to have the right skills & qualities, and the requirements, of course.

    The youngest mod we ever had was Salamander or Flippy at the age of 9 if I'm right so there isn't really a requirement for age. What matters is - as boss said - having the right set of skills and qualities besides the meeting the requirements

    Also you don't have to mention your age due to it not being part of the template.
