Lost Donor 10 rank

Hello, it's been awhile since I last checked but I heard that it is easier to retrieve purchases based on old names now(?)

A few years ago a user named DarkSummoner purchased my account (at the time it was diamondminer1582, now it's Tlactl) a donor 10 rank. I immediately changed my name when the name changes feature came out, unaware that i'd lose my rank. I'm not sure if he still has the purchase code, since it's been years. Would you guys still be able to help if I don't have that?
