Chat/Command suggestions

I have some things to suggest about the chat.
1. Enable /tell and /reply in the Nether and the Mob Arena. /msg and /r are enabled, yet not these other two commands.
2. Enable color chat for non-donors. I know this will probably be opposed by some donors, but seriously, it is not cool for the server to be one day - "Use color chat all you want!" And then - "LOLOL there isn't any more color chat because it was a "bug"!". I bet most of the non-donors don't even read the server changelogs anyways.
3. Enable chatting (to public) in the Nether. For some reason it is disabled (?!).

 

Support for 1.
No support for 2.
I don’t like seeing rainbows in the chat 24/7.

I agree with Gamzee, the problem with non-donors having colour chat is the random rainbows, which granted don't happen very often but when they do, they are tremendously annoying. Also, this will make more people want to get donor (helps the server out) and also for those people getting Skyknight, it gives Skyknight one extra perk, especially considering it doesn't have a huge amount of perks which is obviously fair for the price payed but still - an extra feature so woo? Hahahaha

If you kinda do the math, I’m sure that there will ALWAYS be more total non donors than donors. And a lot of the non donors like to chat a lot. And donors always like to use colors and with non donors having that ability along with donors, then basically EVERYONE is using color to chat and add the donors using color plus the non donors advertising all their shops and skin comps and whatever and it all just becomes a complete rainbow mess, which is not fun. It’s not annoying that much to me personally but I know some people that were quite annoyed (I guess one including MrABGold). So yes, color can make you more noticeable, but if everyone is using color all at once, it just becomes so messy that it’s unnoticeable.

 

And yesterday random rainbows sprouted out too, from a donor. So it will happen regardless of donor or non-donor. I'm pretty sure random rainbows can be reported just like spam. Everyone doesn't use color. In fact, the majority of non-donors don't know how to use color.
Saying that you will see color chat 24/7 just because non-donors have it doesn't make sense.

 

That isn't the main point I was making. The main point was the fact colour chat was always a donor perk on classic, and just should be kept as a donor perk thus making more reason to get donor

 

Well it was a perk for nondonors until it became a "bug". On the new server. Heck, it was removed without warning.

 

To be honest, I just think all of you non-donors should just be happy that you were able to use it for a while

 

Yeah, I agree, but still... Kind of annoying. I bet you wouldn't like it if Donor400s couldn't use /speed or /tptoggle.

 

Urm I wouldn’t have minded tbh, I don’t think they’re exactly great
