    The staff managers and admins. They ofc let the owner know their decisions but they choose and afaik Cyp has been trying to move on from these servers. He is still here to help when needed.
    Again this is only as far as I know. I don’t work here.

    Krissy how many times have you been promoted in total and how many times resulted in a demotion of your rank?

    You already no supported. You don't need to keep coming back for more "pointing out flaws with the applicant".
    I'm already a "threat" to Crew and Matt's hard work" and "incapable of being a good mod because of mistakes that happened 2 years ago".
    Leave it at that. It is clear you are just here to make me look bad by asking a closed question as such.

    But I have a community of people that appreciate me, I have made a home within this community. I have people around me who believe in me no matter what has happened in the past. It is something I hold very dear to me. And even if I don't get anywhere applying, I have the supports and the praise that I can take away with me and know that I was respected.

    No one can take that away.

    It was an honest question. Not sure why you have to spit off that way.

    How many times have you been promoted and how many times resulted in a demotion and removal of your rank?

    This is not an attack.
    I don’t know why you can’t just answer the question. If what’s happened in your past does not matter, surely you can just answer and let me and others know how many times you’ve been demoted and stripped of your rank due to abuse, mistakes or otherwise.

    Thank you for your feedback. I no longer do find myself wanting to be a "leader" as I was before, just be a leader in the community. I was just highly strung but now i'm pretty much chilled out about things.

    Krissy is easily the most experienced person applying at the moment, having moderated for over three years, and mentored countless staff members in that time.
    Having been demoted before doesn't make her incapable whatsoever. She is not asking to be a super moderator again, she's asking to start afresh.

    Thanks for the feedback.
    I mainly answer questions and they get answered before I can respond. Mostly because a) slowish typer and b) latency
    I don't mini-mod any longer and I wait for pm's to help or respond in private instead
    I know in myself I help when i'm needed and a lot of the time others will jump in. It seems to be a competition these days and i'm not interested in that style anymore.

    Krissy helps when she needs to, and that is a great moderator quality. When explaining that somebody isn't helping, they most likely are answering in pm.

    I hope to see you back on the team soon! That is my birthday wish! (My birthday is June 2nd, but close enough I guess.)
