    I do encounter this problem too,
    I have left the skyblock discord as a joke and came back and expected my rank to be back,
    I knew that I wouldn't get it right away so I waited till I leveled up,
    still no rank!
    This is a Huge Problem, (also considering Mee6 restarted its software and updated it I can say it's their fault of its faulty failure)
    This cant proceed
    we need this fixed
    I would Advice you to restart the ranks

    Its the fault of the bot which means its out of staff control. Wait for the bot creators to fix it up.

    As for rank compensation i'm not sure it will be given out so easily. Other people who made second accounts were made to re-rank up.

    Yeah, the twitter should help everyone keep updated on the bots status when it has errors. MEE6 (@mee6bot) | Twitter

    Just remember, discord bots, unless they have permission errors or get kicked off the server, are run by people outside of this community and skyblock staff cannot fix them.
