If this has happened in the past week it would be because I had not been feeling well and had my chat off. I come on very early morning and for a couple of hours I am afk sometimes which I only do as i'm not staff.
I don't intentionally ignore people when they come to me asking for help and certainly isn't the way I operate. So I must have missed you in chat or was getting several messages at once and I had meant to get back to you but didn't. Mods have this issue sometimes and it is because they, like myself are human. I hope you don't hold that against me since my intentions have always been to help members of the community.

Why I should be a Staff Member

❤️ I was first promoted in March of 2014 and have been an active part of the community for 4 years. I have had over 3 years of moderator experience on this server. My previous ranks have been:
- Skyblock Classic Super Moderator
- Skyblock Economy Super Moderator
- Skywars.com Super Moderator
- Teamspeak Administrator
- Discord Administrator
- Mineverse Global Moderator

These ranks all entitled different skills of which I possess to moderate the skyblock server successfully.

❤️ Part of being staff is not just in game activity, but being able to moderate and be forums active. I can honestly say that I am active on the forums and have extensive knowledge about the software used. I know the little tips and tricks, all the moderation elements and can enforce the forums rules in a fair and correct manner.

❤️ This brings me to my Server activity. I am on everyday, and can be online upwards of 8-9 hours, but never less than 2 hours. To be fair, some of this online time is afk time but generally I can see chat and will respond to messages majority of the time.

❤️ Another overlooked part of being staff is the discord. I actively use and check discord and try to help out where I can. I do chat to users quite often. If ever I was not reachable on the server, i'd be on the discord.

❤️ I have the benefit of being able to cover multiple timezones when moderating including UK mornings and afternoons, and US evenings and even the Asian timezones which has no representation.

❤️ I act younger than I am to relate better with the community I wish to moderate. I am able to be mature when the situation requires it. With this comes the ability to work with people I may dislike or not be fond of and not let bias affect my decisions. No one is completely unbiased however I feel I am mature enough to not let this affect my moderating. Although in the past it has seemed like I was bias and my actions may have not seemed like I could work with others it was a rare circumstance that will never happen again.

❤️ My prior experience makes me an asset to the staff team. Through my experience on Mineverse I have learned to spot hacks well to minimize the cheating in the mob arena. I have plenty of experience in assisting my fellow staff and am very capable of moderating alone. I pick up quickly as I pay attention to the community and staffs actions, ask questions and discuss matters with staff.

❤️ Thank you all for your continued support of me. I believe I would be a great addition to the team. I didn't apply to regain the same position as before. I am not coming back to be a leader like before. I wish to be a staff and start again like other people do. I don't wish to be held back by opinions of the past, but rather reinvent a different future... but be the same great mod I was known for being.

this statement bugs me. It’s either admitting that you don’t want to enforce the rules or there’s some exaggerated truth from yourself in this statement. Why not report them? What did you have to lose? Because of the fact they had a staff tag? Shouldn’t that make you want them not to be a moderator? Seems cheesy.

What more can I say, I had duped items, made some bad choices, I got banned, I don’t want to be banned, I don’t make the same mistake.
I want to be a mod because I love the community and want to help. Simple.

I was unbanned because Lee encouraged me to appeal or to discuss it with cyp and Cyp doesn’t think I’m a threat and let me back. A person who puts hard work into the server trusts me on it.

I prefer not to report moderators as I know how it feels to be reported for things that could be worked out very easily. It brings uneeded stress to people. I was a mod at the time too so I didn't feel like I needed to do this to another staff no matter the circumstance.
Even if I wanted to, I cannot report him for things done over two weeks per the rules.
Some moderators don't keep the lines of communication open, or close them prematurely or simple don't respond in public. As a moderator I did my best to keep these lines open and tried to respond to the public; even if it meant saying something disagreeable. I have been a mod most of my time here so I haven't been in a position of being a general user all too long. But yet this experience is certainly given me a different perspective where I want nothing more than to change how players get treated and also how staff get treated. Example Lycel answers a lot of it in public which isn't fair to her to be one of the only ones to do so when she isn't the problem. Players who seek answers get denied based on history. It isn't right.
As for Wade's comments, they were false. I never badmouthed anyone to him nor said things like that. He even started to say the managers were after me to punish me yet they weren't. Seems like you were hoping it was true xD

I know it would look better if I never said the truth however I don't want people to find out then think I was lying or untruthful. I don't think players want dishonest staff on the team. guess its all just a wait and see if i'm wanted anymore.

You seem incapable of handling situations. If you fall into stress, you claim you want to die or you just sweep it under the rug. At this point, I wish I had screenshotted it. Its safe to say all of us in discord saw it.

As I said, I didn't report him because I was staff at the time and I didn't feel it was necessary. After the demotion I reported his actions around 3 times when I felt he was out of line. I never said I didn't ever report staff, I just didn't create a staff report on the forums if you get what i'm saying.

It's been a while since I responded to this and my opinion has changed some since I last responded. I previously stated no support because of me wanting you not to spend your time here, but I myself have rejoined the server since then and have felt its draw once again. Because of that I believe you would make a great moderator again you have my full support.
