4. Did you read the rules ? Yes I have read the rules and I know there are a lot of other rules too as I’ve been playing on this server for 4 years.
5. Why do YOU think you were banned? I know I was banned because I duped a lot of spawners but in all honesty I didn’t no it was duping as I’ve never duped before I thought you had to make machines to do that but I do no it was wrong and out of order and I regret it. I’ve never done anything bad on this server before this is the first and I’m really disappointed in myself, it’s not like me at all it was a moment of madness I didn’t think. I understand that my actions could have ruined the economy and deep down I don’t want that as I love Skyblock with a passion. Even if my ban appeal is denied I just want you to know that I’m really sorry for what I’ve done I should of told a mod straight away I can’t change what I’ve done but I can learn from it, I understand that my actions have consequences and it’s my own fault I’m in this position.

8. Why do you think you should be unbanned? I think I should be unbanned because I regret deeply what I’ve done. I’ve done nothing but think about it all day I’m so disappointed in myself I love this server and knowing that I could have ruined the economy by making one bad decision really upsets me it was a moment of madness and I’ve shocked myself. I just want everyone to know that I’m really sorry for what I’ve done and I’ve definitely learnt my lesson.

Good evening, Ms. Hailieee.

Thank you for opening an appeal on your ban and especially for remaining polite. This is absolutely the correct process and generally results in more favorable replies. In particular I admire you immediately admitting to the problem and understanding what went wrong.

In order to keep SkyBlock a fun, fair and competitive place it is necessary to stop the use of duplicated items. Large amounts of valuables being produced ruins the trading market. Additionally item duplication causes real-world purchases by other players to be worthless: If no-one feels these items are valuable then players stop purchasing them. This leads to loss of income for the server and, if left unchecked, could cause Skyblock to close.

I see in your appeal that you "did not know" what duplication was or that you were engaged in it. Unfortunately this does not seem to be true for several reasons:

• Firstly your coop partners in this situation admitted they knew exactly what they were doing. They went out of their way to educate you and others on how it was done. Complete with demonstrations.
• Additionally the sheer amount of duplication is staggering. Between you and your island coop almost seven thousand spawners were duplicated. With an Efficiency 5 pickaxe that is over two solid hours of game time spent creating free valuables. You have only spent 4.5 hours on the new release-- that means nearly half your groups' time was dedicated to exploiting this as fast as possible while doing little else.
• Finally the chests where you placed the duplicated items were carefully hidden. They were behind walls, under floors, concealed beneath carpet, etc. These are not the actions of someone who "did not know what they were doing was wrong".

I am not inclined to shorten this ban length, ma'am. However I will talk it over with the senior crew to make sure this is a fair and I haven't missed anything.

I knew I was doing wrong I said that in my appeal I just didn’t no it was classed as duping. Ok I understand myrmidous thank you for your time and I’m very sorry it won’t happen ever again .

Also it wasn’t my coop partner who discovered it it was pugzieeee he wasn’t trusted on my island but he thought he was and asked me if he could borrow a spawner but when he tried to pick it up it kept spitting spawners out. We should of told a mod but we didn’t and we regret it sorry once again.

I apologize for the delay while discussing the situation with the team. I did not mean to keep you in suspense; we simply needed to discuss the situation and confirm some side problems.

To answer your question: You have another thirty days left on your ban.

Several chests containing thousands of spawners were locked with all of your names on the sign. Additionally some chests were created solely by you with several thousand additional spawners inside. These were hidden behind walls, under carpet, etc.

I understand you are apologetic now. However in-game when I caught and banned the first person I made several very clear public announcements that anyone with duplicated spawners should let me know immediately in return for reduced punishments. After banning the second person I announced again that anyone with duplicated items should let me know.

By the time I located your hidden chests you had several chances to privately let me know. But after we put a lockdown on the server it was simply too late.

For what it is worth two Staff have come forward to say they think you are a good person, Ms. Hailey. I do not doubt them in the slightest. Likewise I have never had a problem with you and believe you may be a generally nice player. However your actions with this situation are very clear-cut and hard to misinterpret.
