Tux_Derp I have no skill at making pizza but it tastes really good and I would like to go in the back room and eat all the pizzas I was supposed to deliver. I would not be nice to the customers because I would get paid 8 dollars an hour, also I have my own special ingredient I add to my pizzas, I like just a Dash of cyanide and rat poison and I think I am about to die so please respond soon thank you!

If I own a pizza hut (which I probably won't cause papa johns is better jk jk) I would hire people who are expert at making pizzas and know how to deliver superior customer service with a smile, clearly most pizza huts are trashy at customer service
I'm pretty sure that's what all retail and customer service based companies strive to achieve. Reality of the business is that you will always have customers that dislike your product regardless how much effort you think you've put into it; people are just like that. Have you even worked a day in a customer service based environment?
Some restaurants like In-N-Out and Chick-fil-a are known for their great customer services. I have not, but I have volunteered at a local church and other places, so I know what to expect and how to react towards it
You can't compare those restaurants in comparison to how many people PizzaHut serves on a daily basis.

Well those restaurants I listed were from the top of my head, but im sure there's more to that. Of course they don't serve almost as much as pizza hut but I'm sure there are companies that are out there who have more customers than pizza hut on a daily basis
