Help me please

My dog is a little white and black shih tzu, and I am a little concerned with her lack of speech ability, I',m wondering why this dog wont talk to me, all though, she does seem to try to talk, she makes a high pitch squeal, I don't know what it means, hold on I saw she pooped on the floor... Okay I'm back. but the main problem is, can someone tell me what is going on because my dog isn't talking to me at all, and I'm scared because I think she may be deaf.

 

Uhm dogs bark? They dont talk to human as in words unless you are not taking seriously and dont have a dog. But if you do you can take your dog to the vet

 

Thanks, but the dog, I'm afraid it can be brain dead because it wont talk, the best I can do is put it out of its misery

Well I dont think so since you seem not to take anything serious and maybe your dog is an "imaginary" dog so just get her out of your imagination and she'll disappear with her suffering. Hope this helps
