Can't Buy Donor250?

I was on the shop, and i used my debit giftcard to buy donor250. They said my transaction couldnt be completed. Could anyone help me with this problem?

 

I'm not sure you can use debit cards. A manager could probably help.

I’m assuming that you clicked “Paymentwall” and entered all of the information needed. I’m not quite sure if a debit giftcard will work. Does it have the amount of money on it needed to purchase the rank? If you already have a rank, you may have also purchased the rank rather than upgrading from it to donor250 (applies to donor100).

My apologies if my wording is a bit confusing. I’d just like a bit clearer description of what exactly happened. Perhaps a picture of your screen when your purchase was unable to go through. Of course, feel free to edit any personal information listed on the page.

 

It may also not work because the money is in a different currency to US dollars. For example, if you used a giftcard with $125USD (Australian Dollars), it would not work due to $125 AUD being worth less than $125 USD. The skyblock store uses USD, so you would need the equivalent of USD in your country. (Example: you would need about $165 AUD in order to purchase a $125 USD rank of skygod.) These currency rules apply to all ranks of any amount, so if you had a $75 giftcard you would need 75 dollars worth of your currency.

The giftcard also might not be able to be used online and try using the giftcard with both PayPal and Paymentwall.
If you are sure your giftcard is using USD, disregard what I said.
