So now that the scums of youtube took down Youtube Editor, I need to find a new video editing software. I currently use InShot on my phone, but I feel like that isnt enough and I need a more professional one, that is free and I can give me 1080p quality videos
I assume he means use Pirate Bay, an illegal torrenting website, to get Sony Vegas (or another good video editing program) for free. I personally use Vegas Movie Studio Platinum (a cheap version of Vegas Pro) and After Effects if I need to edit videos, but both cost money (though I got AE from the Adobe Suite).
How is that site illegal? And I am thinking of downloading a video editing software, since the online ones are s***y as hell.
Yeah, I'd go with a download. I've never come across anything half-decent online. It's illegal because you can use the website to obtain premium software or movies without having to pay. Essentially, it's stealing.
But im only getting a video software for personal use, so that isnt stealing right? Of course if you download a movie a game or a book from that place yes its stealing
It's still stealing... taking money from a bank and using it for yourself is 'personal use'. Shoplifting DVDs and watching them on your own is 'personal use'. The same applies for stealing software and using it for your own benefit, monetary or otherwise. I'm personally neutral in this: torrenting allows people without funds to obtain software while the people who can afford it can buy it for its ridiculous price. However, this doesn't change the fact that is it against the law.
vegas/premiere, vegas is easier to start out with and is perfectly suited for cutting up clips which I assume is basically what you need since you used youtube's editor.
I personally recommended HitFilm. Its a really professional editing software- Free. I also use Davinci Resolve. Both really good free editing software.
OR you can get Premiere Pro CS2 Their Servers got shut down and now its like free Download Adobe Acrobat 7 and Adobe Creative Suite 2 products
Thanks I got CS2, its great, BUT it renders everytime I zoom in or out, or add effects, and it gets really annoying. Also I have a Intel core i5-4210U with a base of 1.70 GHz and with turbo at 2.7 GHz, is that good? Atm it runs around 2.5 or 2.4
For basic use it's okay/decent. But for anything more intense than that it's not great due to the slowish speed and only having 2 cores. Rendering times will really be your weak point but I'm sure it will do the job.
Its not the most amazing, but it works and its very simple to use, its called Filmora Wondershare I used it for basic projects and videos, You should be able to find a tutorial online on how to use the premium version for free
Weel from the website it says Microsoft® Windows® 2000/Windows XP, Intel® Pentium® III or 4 processor
