Coupon failure

I went to buy someone a rank with the $25 code I got for october, and it says that the code is invalid/didn't work. This is the message I was shown here.

 

It just keeps declining the code when I type in the exact code.

 

Maybe you type wrong name,for who is the upgrade

 

I had the actual minecraft logs open so I could copy and paste it, and don't worry who it's for.

When were you given the coupon code?

 

I came on around an hour ago, and checked my mail and got sent the code by Love__.

 

Maybe she didn’t type the code correctly. I will tag Love__ just in case.

Can you tell me what you typed in? You can out in [ hide][ /hide] so other people won't see the code.

 

Could we bring this to a private conversation as a whole?

Did you create a conversation with Love__ ? I suggest adding CypriotMerks to it as well.

 

I spoke to Love__ and all they said was that it should work. I don't think you can make conversations with CypriotMerks but i tried to contact him discord but I don't think he will see it any time soon.

 

Maybe try again tomorrow. Sometimes coupons act up.
