First, I just want to say that I am appalled that I failed to notice this sooner. You recently asked for an in-depth review, and so I will do. I will judge based on what I know of you first. Over the time I've been on here, I've never really payed attention to you until recently. I feel as though I missed out on a lot now that I know you better. You are active on both the server and the forums. You have given me good advice and tips as well as being helpful to our community. From what I know of you personally, I judge support so far.

Just before I start judging your mod app, I want to point out that it is very well written, formatted, and easy to read. I will now judge it:

first off, congratulations, sounds like you will be graduating 1 year younger than I did. I'm not sure how exactly your little introduction has to do with your mod app ex: "Passion for birds, video games, research, music, and linguistics." But you get back on topic by mentioning why you previously resigned. So you didn't go on a tangent. I also find it helpful that you used a simple legend mentioning what the small gray wording means.

first off, I want to mention that you spelled Organizational incorrectly you may want to fix that. the trait you mentioned is very helpful. I feel as though you might be able to shorten it up a little bit.

I like how you added in the quality of being a calm and stable person. This is a fantastic personality trait, one of which I am sure many others wish they had, or had sooner. Myself being one. Even after mentioning that, you went on to make a note that you also have emotions. The disclaimer denies that you are perfect, so you don't come off as an arrogant person.

Mentioning you are an aussie is also helpful in your application. off-topicish note: I feel like some mods are just too inactive in general. I'm an American and during normal hours of my day, I have seen times in which mods aren't on.
Overall regarding the reason why you should be mod section, I feel that you could edit it some. Maybe make the qualities you mention in bold or something to that affect. An example of what you could do is this:
    Helpful - ....
    Calm - ...
    Australian TimeZone - ...
But try to be more aesthetically pleasing than my example. Not everyone is a good reader. Some people just want to see the qualities rather than having to read the whole spiel. I know this is lazy, but if you want input from everyone I would suggest changing this part.

First, I do want to know that you spelt organizational incorrectly again. it's spelled "Organizational." another real easy quick fix. I feel that your mod experience was slightly too jumpy for my taste, but you were busy with school. My question for you is: Why were you demoted(before you got repromoted? Also What is the highest moderator rank you have held? Other than that, the rest of this section was solid, and I approve.

nothing much to comment on this section. I do want to commend you for adding this. These are good references, and it was a wise idea to include them in your mod app. Good on you for this part.

On a scale of "Excellent, good, fair, poor" I rate this mod app good. The things you included are related, and you keep to what you mentioned in your application. I feel as though there are some sections you can shorten up and reformat a little (Mentioned above).

Overall, considering both your application and what I know of you, my rating is support. I feel that you would make a good mod. Good luck.

P.S: I would appreciate if you could answer my questions in bold in a private message.

it's spelled organise in australia, so organising and organisational are correct

I believe the server is ran in the United States of America. Meaning that here it is spelled organizational. But I suppose in that country it's fine. If you want to be correct as far as for the country in which you are applying though you would spell it organizational. It's not a big deal though, just a few small things I suggested.

I see where you're coming from but people from many different countries play on this server, and I don't think English speaking applicants need to conform to pure American spelling at all.

    Anyway, I support this application.

I must admit, I am an adamant supporter of not having "trait titles". My trait titles are my topic sentences, and if people are too lazy to read those, that isn't my problem :>
I never stopped moderating or being active by choice until my final resignation, so I was a reliable moderator for over a year. I'm not an on-and-off person: I was demoted, but even then, I didn't really stop moderating in chat.
Other than these, I really appreciate your feedback and will take it into account. Thank you so much for a more in-depth opinion of my application! Thank you for your support ^-^

Thanks for your support, and yeah, no one will stop me writing in my native tongue when it doesn't actually affect how well a different dialect can read it :p

your answers to my questions only confirmed my support. you would make a fantastic mod. As far as being against trait titles, that is your choice. I just relate applications here to applications in real life. On your resume or job application, you always want to include trait titles or word things in a way that makes it easy for the employer to read. Humans are lazy by nature, that's why I made that suggestion.

    Thanks Cheesy! ^-^
To be fair, I did ask him to give a review on my application. Him asking me to spell organisation 'wrong' is amusing, but we sorted it out in PM.
Thanks for standing up for me nonetheless, Stel

I fully support you, but I want to give you some advice from when I moderated next to you:

You can be quite passive aggressive. By that, I mean you can be rude without directly being rude but rather beating around the bush. For example, in that staff feedback thread you wrote for Emerald, you said he's "active, which is more than I can say for some." Maybe it's just personal preference, but I don't like it when people go around the issue and sugarcoat it; rather, I like when people are direct but also nice about it.
There were some other examples of this passive aggressiveness that I can't seem to think of right now, but I hope you understand what I'm saying.

    Still fully support you

Thanks for the support, Tree ^-^
Oh, that wasn't passive aggressive, that was (as much as I hate to say it because it wasn't aggression, it was assertion) active aggression: I straight out said that there were members of staff who weren't active. Passive aggression is aggression that is passed off as something else, like "Your hair looks SO much better than it used to" or spilling wine on someone's shirt and passing it off as an accident.
I do know what you're talking about though: funnily enough, I was speaking to my mother about it just a few hours ago. She described it as 'finding the perfect yet unexpected place to stick in the knife'. I'm definitely aiming to do it less in the future. Generally, I'm pretty level headed, but I'm slowly realising there are very few situations in which I should actually be in any way affected.
So, thank you. I'm working on it.
And, of course, thank you for your support. It means a lot ^-^

No need to do this so long as you have spaces between your paragraphs.

Lycel, you have my full support. I always wished that I could have moderated more with you back when we both were active, and it would be a pleasure to do so once more.

I've already given this a support rating at some point to show my stance, but I wanted to reply.

Absolute support from me. You exceed in every quality I find crucial to be a moderator. I'd back up my support more by saying, "you've proven your ability to moderate already in your past position" but I was not on the server at the time. Although there hasn't been any red flags or anything you may of done wrong last time from what I've seen (based on other user's responses).

Your overall approach and attitude reminds me a bit of Love__ (who I consider to be a great moderator); and I don't think another person like Love on the team could possibly be a bad thing.
Good luck, hope to see you on the team.
