I'm just trying to show that what mods usually do will not help the current lag situation this time around. I presented the information to prove that. I am suggesting mods take an extra step to improve mod to player relations and player game experience.
All I ask is that mods check first if TPS is affected during a laggy period of time. Normal mods cannot fix lag if it is not TPS related. I provided information to prove that current lag problems are not TPS related and therefore it makes no difference to kill mobs. Leeeroieee already promised to work on the server's lag issues. We'll just have to be patient together.
It's called invested time. Cyk has invested plented of her time into the server, and it would be a pity if it went to waste. She has a huge influence in this server.
Shearing a bulk of sheeps i like shearing 1 sheep. But killing is killing all of the sheeps in the bulk so more wool.
TBH you should go and change "mod" and "mods" to emerald because who else is immature and abusive enough to go around doing that lol
Not sure if it has been said but there's actually a command which shows where mass entities are and the location. So no, if mods are teleporting to your island because of it then it's causing an issue so they're going to kill your mobs if they flag up. Maybe not spawn so many.
I have a feeling you did not read anything I wrote. I talked about that command in the 3rd paragraph of my initial post.
You have made very good points about the lag, but the mods are trying there hardest. Yes, maybe they should stop going around and killing mobs (if they actually do that), but at least they are trying. So lets all be patient about this.
Didn't word my sentence properly my bad Even still, when I used to moderate it was awful, there were so many mass spawns of entity and it's probably the same deal now too
I address this very issue in my post. My whole point is that mobs are not contributing to the current lag issue because most of the lag now is from a very unrelated problem. Please take the time to read before replying here again. I am sure it will clear up some things.
Isn't the whole reason for stacking animals is to reduce the lag? I don't see why mods are raiding your "village" lmao
