    Introduction:

Hello :) My name is Keira and I am 13 years old girl. Thank you for taking the time to read my application. Feel free to comment and give any advice or comments.

    Your in-game name:

My IGN is wyattduck - NameMc If you would like to check my previous usernames. I'm always nicked as gumo.

What time zone are you in?
    Australian Eastern Time Zone (UTC+10:00).

What country do you live in?

    I live in Sydney, Australia.

    What languages do you speak?
English is my main language. I can also speak Cantonese and Mandarin but it probably wouldn't be very useful since I didn't go as far as to learn how to write the characters.

Do you have 2FA enabled? Yes/No

    I sure do. 2FA

Do you have the necessary means of capturing evidence? (i.e. recording software, screenshots, etc)
I have gyazo and imgur. I can also take screenshots using shift-command-4 (Macintosh voodoo).

Why do you think you should become a mod?

    Fast Typer

You may not find this very useful but with fast typing, most of the time I am first to reply when people ask for/about something in chat or attempt to do something illegal like bucket trading. It's also important to be quick because a lot of the time newbies get annoyed and give up or say that donors don't pay attention to them and such. I've gotten a lot of messages telling me to buy them donor so that they can be noticed and I end up having a whole conversation about how greenies aren't hated.

    Attentive

I pay attention to the chat and watch out for anyone looking for help. I make sure to watch out and see if anyone is looking for someone to help them or doing something they might not know is against the rules. I always see new players (or old) looking for help and asking questions about warps, illegal items, rules etc. There are many people constantly trying to get help that don't get noticed. With the moderator position people will know that I am there to help them and ask me for help rather then spamming the chat or random people.

    Helpful
I help people a lot. It is something I enjoy very much, which would be why I am applying for moderator. Enjoying it means that I do not feel burdened or annoyed when people ask for help. I try to help as much as possible but there are just some things I can't do without perks (such was block logging or breaking private signs, etc) You may not notice it because majority of the time I am helping via /msg but I help as much as I can whenever I am online. I also try to help people and answer questions on forums and discord.

    Active
I am extremely active. Unless I am at school or not home you never see me offline. Admittedly, I don't do very much in real life so I have all the time in the world to play skyblock. Even at school I'm on forums every chance I get. I very much enjoy chatting to the community.

    Timezones
Most of the time when I am online I do not see any moderators. If I do they are just leaving or AFK. I feel like we definitely need more Australian moderators. If I am not wrong the only Australian moderator is Krissy (Basically the only mod I see online apart from Dough).

    Friendly
I am quite friendly and approachable. I enjoy speaking to everyone on the server and you won't ever see me ignoring anyone or being rude. I'm very active in chat and I try to make new players feel welcome and introduce them to the server.

    Fair/Unbiased
I believe that this is a very important thing. I do not judge people by their ranks. I believe it is unfair to judge someone by how much money they have spent on the server. That doesn't make them more trustworthy. I judge everyone the same way, no matter what their rank is or whether they're my friend or not. If someone has done anything bad, no matter who they are I will inform a moderator or report them. I look at both sides of the story before deciding on anything.

    Experience

I've been playing since 2013, which means I have been a player on the server for 4 years. By now I already know all the rules, illegals, legals and commands. I am able to help players with things like this, like if they didn't know if it was illegal or not to trade a certain item. or if they needed to know about a certain warp.

    Dedication

This is something that I believe is important to be a moderator. Being a moderator means being dedicated to the server and helping the community. As stated above I have been here since 2013 (I actually bought Minecraft to play skyblock when I saw a friend playing it, believe it or not). By now I'm sure you've noticed that majority of the people that used to play in that time period have left. You need to be dedicated to a server to play it for this long. I would like to continue playing it and hope to help with improving and maintaining the server.

How long can you be active on the server everyday?
These times are not exact. They may change but not drastically.
    Monday: 3:30pm - 7pm
    Tuesday: 3:30pm - 4:30pm then 7pm - 9pm
    Wednesday: 3:30pm - 7pm
    Thursday: 8pm - 10pm
    Friday: 3:30pm 4:45pm then 7pm - 9pm

How long have you been playing Skyblock?
I started playing sometime in 2013 (A wonderful 4 years before Trump). I saw a friend playing it and thought I would try it out since it was better then getting destroyed at every other game we were playing. I am very glad I decided to do that because it is now what I spend most of my time doing. If not for skyblock I'd probably be spending all my time studying. PLeASE.

Have you ever been banned in the past? (Forums & In-game)

Unfortunately I have been banned in-game. I got banned for harassment. It wasn't very serious and I was just joking around but nevertheless I have learnt my lesson and I no longer do anything that would insult or hurt another person.

Do you have any past experience as a moderator?
Yes I have had experience as a moderator and admin (though I basically just did a moderators job and hired staff) on several small servers. The servers had a player count of about 20 and I learnt majority of the moderator commands required and the common rules for moderators.

Do you meet the requirements for staff? Yes/No

    Indeed I do.

    Firstly, comments on your application.
Lovely formatting. It's easy to read, not too garish, and not too bland. You could use with writing a little more on your points. I usually advise people to go really in-depth on a few of your points in order to create a real argument for you to get moderator. I personally wouldn't bother including the fly ban or the requested ban, they're not really what the question is asking for, and your character count is better used elsewhere. Elaborate a little on your previous experience: maybe describe what similar experiences the moderating entailed (player count, team working, various duties), if you want to. A few random points: you're missing a line space between your country and your languages, in-game is hyphenated, and you seem to regularly put entire sentences in perenthises (usually you don't start a new sentence to add parenthises, so not full stop before or a capital letter at the start. Not sure if this is a real rule, but it's what I've noticed).
    Is this some Macintosh voodoo?
Now, onto comments on the applicant.
I assume you'd want the flashaim account to get moderator, but the frequency at which you change accounts and their names makes this confusing. I would advise you stay on one account more regularly so that players can get used to one IGN: a moderator with a constantly changing IGN or one that's not consistent with their nick can be quite confusing. It's up to you whether you want to start being more consitent, but it will help you as a moderator to do so.
You're active. I see you on all the time. You're also Australian - the best country to belng to, for sure, but also the one with the greatest moderator defecit at the moment. This helps your chances. You're a kind, funny and generally great person. I know you can be mature when the situation calls for it.
I know this mostly seems like complaints, but trust me, the good definitely outweighs the bad. You'll be able to get moderator in no time if you try hard enough.
    Good luck Gumo

You are very active and helpful, but I would just like to see you being more mature. You are a friendly person, and very funny, which is good.

appreciate the fact that you kept it short in simple but imo 13 year olds shouldnt be staff on servers where you're controlling 13 year olds. thats just me tho

    Firstly, nice application! c:
I like it's formatting, you have included a nice amount of traits and explained about the traits which I like, rather than loads of traits with no explanation.
In game you're active but I don't see you helping too much, maybe you could work on that.
I don't see you on forums too often, so that's a point to work on.
Finally, I'd like to say I don't think your age matters at all. We have moderators the same age as you and even a few years younger than you, I really don't see that as a problem at all.
Overall, you have my support good luck gumo!

However, this concerns me a little bit:
I'm assuming Skyzi owns this account and you use it. A mod shouldn't really share any accounts with other people, even if it isn't your main account. And I don't see you helping as often as I'd like.
So, neutral leaning to support. Goodluck.

No support. You share your account with tons of people. I banned your account and you said that somebody else was online when I banned the account.

Uh, please don't go on so many alts lol. It makes it seem like you can make it so you can easily ban evade if you had the chance. I've been in your coop once and you were extremely nice to me lol, but you were kind of inactive even with those large buildings built. But I can see you're active now

I support, you're nice in chat and to people in general. But don't take advantage of those alts, give more time over to your main so you can actually be seen as active on that account and get mod on THAT account
