Firstly, comments on your application itself:
Your formatting is excellent. It's well themed and easy to read. I've noticed no problems with your grammar or spelling, which is a nice change from many applicants. You could definitely use with writing a bit more, however. As I have said before and will undoubtedly say again, you need to write more on fewer topics. I would rather read three, long, well substantiated paragraphs, compared to many short, shallow and unsubstantiated points. Feel free to elaborate in your previous experience section; what does being a netball captain entail? How similar was moderating your previous server to moderating this one?

You're a pretty cool person. You're quite friendly and amusing, which is always nice. Importantly, you're active: even though I'm an Australian, I do see you online. You could be a little more active on the forums though. We definitely need more non-American moderators, and so that will improve your chances of promotion. In terms of how you would act as a moderator, I can't say I know you well enough to say yet. But from what I do know of you and what you've said in this application, you do seem very capable, and I can imagine you on the team.

Overall, it's a healthy support. You have room to improve, but it's very acheivable, and I think you're a capable person who will rise to the occasion. Good luck Lauryn (Urine?).

 

I've had 1 bad run in with you that I started and you took it very maturely so I will have to say support. You do help out and we need a greenie mod
