I am neutral, for now at least.
I see you online a lot, your time zone I think is good for new mods and you're trying to help in chat (I do not know about PM)
Although I can't really see you as a Mod due to lack of maturity in my eyes and I don't think you're really how a Mod Is expected to be, calm, patient and well, mature.
I think you would be unbiased and fair though so I'm sure I'll change my mind once I see you maturing!

I have to announce that I will not be able to come in-game nor on forums starting today. I am going on a scientific campus until the next weekend. I will have a few moments with wifi, but other than that, I will not be online. I am asking you not to change your support/neutral statuses based on my inactivity for the next week, because I will not be able to come online until next weekend. From what I've seen of who is on the server so far - you are an active player. I see you very frequently. When you're in-game, I generally find that you're friendly, and you seem to want to help people - or at least you seem to want to seem as if you want to help people (you might need to read that sentence a few times before it makes sense).

In the way of criticism, I find that you can be immature at times. Despite what you've said in your application that you're generally mature but can occasionally be immature when joking around. You seem to misunderstand maturity - maturity is not serious versus joking around. Maturity is your ability to be level-headed, logical, and move past your personal emotions. You can joke around and be mature - but in serious situations, you must not behave irrationally and therefore immaturely. This is a general definition, not one that I'm specifically applying to you.

The way in which I find you are mature is you are easily offended. As a moderator, you are going to have constant criticism and many, many people messaging you things that you may find offensive. You must learn to take these comments into consideration if they are worth considering, and ignore them if they are not. I often see you taking comments that should be ignored or let go and disagreeing with them: in other words, taking them into consideration. I also see you ignoring comments that may be valid, though less often than the aforementioned issue. An example of these situations is when a player said "ignore Wolfie" because your comment was causing confusion, and you took offence to this. It was a throw-away statement, not substantiated and therefore not worth your consideration.

Also as a general point on your application, I prefer to read applications that have fewer points in the "why" section, but ones that are more fleshed out. Quality over quantity certainly applies here, and if you have many listed qualities with small paragraphs explaining them, it may seem as if you are painting yourself as a perfect person - which no one is. Create an in-depth assessment of your greatest skills, so that Cyp knows the specific skills of who he is hiring, rather than jack-of-all-trades generic skills.

Despite this, I give you my full support. I'm sorry that this feedback is so harsh, but I really think you have a chance and I don't want to see that wasted. You definitely mean well, and I can tell you are a kind person who wishes to help at heart. So long as you grow as a person, and I know you will, as you're forced to should you ever become a moderator, I believe you could be an excellent mod one day.
