Now looking at your past: Death threats. Meh. But scamming that many diamonds? That's a lot. I'm not sure how to react to that. Perhaps you do deserve a second chance.

I say support!
Why? Let me explain:
I know he scammed a big amount of Diamonds and that was not right... But! He apologized and I am sure he will never do this Again! And yeah Fatal He was permanent banned and that u lowered it to 31 Days said, that you give hime a second chance! Everybody should deserve a second Chance! Wanna know something?
With this account I was banned Permanent! and for what? A friend gave me 20! Dirt and 1! Sand... I was kinda new And I didnt knew that was wrong... I apologized and appealed and they removed my ban... But It was too late... In guessing that I wont ever be able to play anymore I left I saw that I got unbanned 6 Months after my accidently very hard ban! But Cosmo didnt left! He stayed and asked for a second chance! We all make mistaked sometimes they are big sometimes small. We get punished for them and thats okay. And the thing with "last Mod Application" I mean really Must we give him so much hate for that?! Tell me one person under you that never lied.
So and for all that believe hating him helps you... It doesnt... You dont have to love him thats okay you can think what you want but if you dont like him you dont have to be rude to him...
Thats my opinion agree disagree accept or not I dont care what you say.
