    Please don't reply here, this a donation related matter to be dealt with by staff.

    May I ask, what is so bad about having the bee purchased for you? You do not have to use it if you don't want to. Is it that you are concerned they will charge back? They have broken no rules here and have benefitted the server by simply buying you the bee.

    Yes, I'm terribly worried about an eventual chargeback because I have no control over this situation.

    Understandable. I can assure if a chargeback were to occur, we would sort it out immediately so that you wouldn't remain banned.

    Unfortunately users ability to purchase things under other Minecraft igns is a buycraft issue that is out of our control. There is nothing we can do to prevent it happening. All I can do is promise that we'd get it sorted on the server if it were to happen.

    That is an iota of relief. I'd still be banned to begin with.

    How many people before me had trouble with the exact same issue? A good kid I knew from this server got banned for an unclosed chargeback. He randomly got upgraded by another player who took back the money a little later. My friend got banned, and eventually so did his upgrader. He opened a help thread and cyp never replied.

    I understand that digital goods cannot be refunded once services are rendered. There was always someone who benefited from a donation and the perks. But it is also terribly unfair to blame it on players who had no control of their situation. It is also incredibly wrong to expect money from the person who is already the victim of a scam.

    Therefore I'm never using that bee pet ever. I'm glad you are personally guaranteeing that my own situation will be looked into if something happens. But nothing matters unless if Cyp decides not to pay attention.

    It does happen sometimes, just nothing we can do about it. We've lately banned a user who was buying donor10 for higher donators/mods to troll them and strongly discourage chargebacks & things like this.

    I'm sorry there isn't more I can do. This thread is always here and I will be able to link it to Cypriot if you ever do get charged back. Be sure to let me know. I'm gonna close this but keep noted of it with all of the proof that this guy was the one to purchase.
