No where on this list (Server Rules | Skyblock Forums) has revenge rating. Also, mods have said that isn't a thing. I can disagree with posts. You can too. Anyone can.

 

Check the 'rate abuse defined' thread. It clearly says rating someone negatively with no reason why is a form of rate abuse. Checkmate.
