Changing to neutral. I've had a discussion with another player that you had spammed with messages and what not. I may not have proof, but the player in question is a respectable person. I know this may seem harsh, but you are being too much of a suckup to mods and other players. Wolfie, my vote will change back to support when I see you being yourself. For now though, it's neutral.

Wolfie, we all make bad decisions sometimes. The important thing is to try to make things right the best we can, take responsibility for our actions, make amends if possible, learn from the experience, and try to do better next time.

People who have been upset or hurt by your past actions will understandably have bad feelings and it will take time to earn their trust again.

You seem like a really nice person, Wolfie, and I believe you're sincere in your desire to help others. Even if you don't get mod this time around, don't let it get you down. There's no reason we can't reach do our part to make this place the best it can be, even without awesome mod powers.
