Admin: CypriotMerks - Someone I’ve known for quite a few years, longer than almost anyone that still plays except for a couple. No one can really argue what you’ve put into net. But your persistence to stay out of situations and want others to deal with it sometimes isn’t the best (simply because sometimes the highest authority needs to take a stance just to make a resolution for everyone). And as much as I dislike saying it, it feels like you’re giving up on net a bit. But, when you do work and find solutions and fix them, usually they are well set in place. Forum Mod: Exstatisfy - As a starting point, ever since Forum mod was re-introduced earlier last year, I found it quite pointless and not serving a significant role. It’s always felt like for a forum mod to have to do something, they need to barge in to something already in business. As for you personally, I feel like you have good intentions but don’t know how to execute. You either go way over the top trying to do things that are unnecessary, or don’t put the effort into the situation and just be on your own. Rough example being who you listen to and what you choose to pick out to stick with. I feel like you do or did better on mineverse than on here, simply because it runs differently, but you tried to enforce too many things and make too many changes rather than just go with the flow, which I believe you’ve learned to do a bit more now, but you still do some things that are just unnecessary. Super Moderators: FunGamer333 - One of the moderators that walks a pretty fine line between not being too strict and not going overboard. I don’t really feel like you’re self insertive but mainly just get involved when it comes to you or when you are directly involved. I feel like you’re a more relaxed mod which I respect and feel like there need to be some more like you. You can take criticism, and you can also handle a situation with a rather calm and collected manner from that which I’ve seen. I give respect to that, and you seem to be appropriately active, you don’t try to make yourself stand out, but you aren’t forgotten with what you do. KatoKillsMyGPA - Probably one of the most long time mods I’ve known, and played games with. You’re really fair with your appeals and can handle what you think of a person personally and professionally separate. Which is admirable and most people have trouble doing. I honestly would love to see you as an admin unless Sean gets it back. You come on when you can, and handle what you need to, which is all that anyone could ask for from a staff member. Kerahna - You’re really nice and sincere, and you have a nice mixture of knowing when to joke and when it’s going to far. You permit friends to have fun to an extent, and do your best to break up anything that needs to be. There’s nothing really that I can find to be a big criticism involving you. I know you have your job, and you juggle both IRL and online efficiently from what I’ve seen. I’m glad you’re a super moderator because I’ve never really seen you be that bias at all. And we could use more people like you. Krissy - We used to talk a decent amount, but don’t really talk that much anymore. You’re arguable the most active staff. You as well don’t try to be that self-insertive, which is good. At times though you let emotion dictate your actions a bit, but try your best to keep them in check. Sometimes you can see the personal view come through in your words. But I think that’s fine as long as it doesn’t come out in appeals. You’ve been a long time staff and dedicated to the server, putting your heart into it a lot, and been through promotions and demotions, so, after the demotions, you probably know the fine line boundary of what can be said and not. Which is good, and yeah, just keep up what you’re doing. Lemonade - I’ve had little interaction with you. Some of it through kik and not much since, so it’s been quite some time. I’ve seen you have some questionable responses to problems and some that are much better. I don’t really pay attention to how active you are to be honest. I just know you log and handle a decent amount of things. And from the majority of it, you can handle an opinion and try to keep a professional attitude which is respectable. SakuraWolf - Don’t know that much of you probably because I never really played org that much while you were climbing the mod ranks there. What I’ve seen, you’re a pretty solid super mod, you possess the good qualities that got you to that position, I can’t comment on your activity, nor do I really read that many reports or appeals handled by you. But from what I’ve seen you do a sufficient job, and maintain that position. Moderators: Adrian_Monk_ - I don’t really see you active that much. And when you are active I’ve seen you try to barge into things at a fast pace, rather than looking at all the details and evidence. Along with you’ve been more on your friends sides over a professional view. You possess some qualities of a decent moderator, but I hardly ever see you doing much regarding net anymore except for talk to a people for a few minutes. I can’t comment on what you do in game since I’m not in game much, but yeah. You’ve managed to maintain your position, so props to you. Agent - Honestly I know like nothing about you. You’ve neither set any examples I view in a bad or good way. You’re just kinda there, doing your job. Not much more to be asked of you. So, as far as I can tell, you’re doing a decent job. You try to maintain a good professional demeanor from which I’ve seen, which is acceptable and should be followed by other mods. Akrill - One of the longer mods that I’ve known. One of the best too. You leave and come back, but whenever you’re on, you probably know the best boundary lines for punishment. You know who and how you can joke around. And you don’t really take a lot of s*** from people which I can’t say the same for a lot of mods. And you’re probably the only mod that will perm ban people who deserve to be. So much respect for you regarding that. I honestly wish you would get supermod back and have more people be able to accomplish what you have. Bossgamer - I’ve seen a few different things regarding you, can’t really recall if majority are good or bad. I haven’t payed that much attention to you either. I more or less just view you as a standard moderator, you don’t make yourself stand out, but you’re always doing something. Not overstepping, not being too lax. You do a decent job from what I’ve seen. Crystal - I literally know like very little about you. I don’t really read appeals or reports that are handled by you. I like a lot of your statuses though. I hardly am in game so I don’t know if you’re very active there. I see you around on forums a good amount. And have heard good things about your moderating, having really good skills. So, keep it up I guess. Geoskye - I knew you a decent bit when org was more alive. Now you’re just like gone, and absorbed in other games and activities. Can’t really blame you to be honest. Not sure how the mod position isn’t gone because of inactivity, but I can kinda see why you still have it since there isn’t that much to be done regarding org anymore and I don’t even know if people apply for it really. Love__ - Hardly know anything at all about you. From what I’ve heard though, you’re a tad bit inactive, should probably work on that first and foremost. I also don’t know if you’re that active in game. I feel like I’ve occasionally seen you in game, and maybe on teamspeak once or twice. Overall, never looked at how you handled appeals and things, so should just focus on your activity I guess. Moonlight_Pixels - We used to be decently close I like to imagine, now we haven’t talked in probably over a year due to some differing opinions on a topic. At times you’re more active, at times you’re inactive. You’ve been more of a person in the middle when it comes to situations, preferring to not take that much of a stance or side unless it’s extreme. Which is repspectable. Myrmwife - I haven’t had much interaction with you, other than when you were a tmod, and I tried to tell you the correct way to do something, and you kinda just blatantly ignored it. Which, not really the best thing to do. But, other than that, you seem to do your job rather well and get along with almost everyone. It took you awhile to get to full mod, but now you’re there. I never really notice anything major that needs addressing with the way you handle things. I don’t really think you do that much that’s over the top anymore. So that’s good, you seem to constantly look for ways to improve, which is always a good and impressive trait. Sarge - I don’t really talk to you that much personally. I feel like your activity level is fine, even though I’m hardly in game, I see you on enough, as well as when TS is up, you’re on and off there. I don’t think you let your emotions influence your punishment and how you treat people that much, which is good and respectable. At times you may go above what you need to, which can be good or bad depending on the situation. So just watch out for that and make the right choices. Sega_inc - Once again, don’t really know anything about you since I’m not an org player, and hardly go on net. Honestly the only thing that may need to be worked on is activity. Looking at your recent posts and activity, there isn’t much there. Otherwise I can’t fully comment on if you should maintain your position or not depending on how active org is and how often a staff is on it, or if you’re more active in game. TheSugarCane - From what I’ve seen, you’ve got a pretty solid head on your shoulder. You don’t really overstep boundaries, nor do you really do anything noticeably bad. You get done what needs to be done, and move on with it. You put the effort that is needed into your work, and do it decently efficient from what I’ve seen. So, for those characteristics, I would like to see more regular mods like you. Tomtomiko - Honestly I forgot you existed, I never see you online or doing anything. You’re basically invisible if you do anything and make no effort to show people that you are there. From one of your first few days of moderating, I never heard good things about you, along with you did some things I’m not going to post publicly that shouldn’t have been done. And just, yeah, honestly I don’t know how you’ve maintained the position for as long as you have. If there was a cleansing of some staff, I feel like you should go. Zephyr - I didn’t really like your attitude at first. You did attain full mod quite a bit faster than most which caught my attention. You handle appeals and reports with a decent mindset. You try not to overstep your boundaries but sometimes slip up, nothing terrible though. Regarding your friendships, sometimes I feel like you may take a joke a bit too far (hinting at the noc ban and not just unbanning looool). Other than that, you do a decent job, I would like to see minor improvement in how you handle the boundary lines between jokes and actual punishment though, and what can be considered an offense and what isn’t and offense. Trial Moderators: Clxrity - I think Sean did have a good point, you have good intentions, but that also makes you self insertive and at times you don’t fully know what to do. And talking to you outside of the server, I see how emotion impacts your role as a mod, and well, you know the one event I'm alluding to in reference to words taken from context. Other than that, I think if you follow your good intentions and just smooth out some of the things that can affect you, don't let emotions get in your way and you should be a better mod on sb. Since as Sean said, SB and MV are two completely separate places. ConnorTim9 - Sean literally hit the nail on the head with you. You’re far too sensitive and go way too far with the virtual power you’re given. You can’t really take criticism, and your punishments are just, in simple terms from what I’ve seen, excessive. If there was a call for a demotion regarding you as well, I’d support it. You need to work on a lot of things if you ever want to be a decent staff member. You may have good intentions, but don't have the emotional stability or maturity to handle people with personalities you haven't encountered before. And that’s probably the largest thing you would have to deal with. Emerald - I honestly haven’t seen one good thing about you. And just about every staff acknowledges that you don’t do anything useful and are just bad at your job in general. So as well, I’d support a demotion. Honestly I don’t think you can redeem yourself from the grave you dug yourself. People are going to continually give you hate. And you choose to ignore it, which could be for a couple reasons imo. As for ignoring it, that can be good and bad, decent because it leaves some pages of your profile publicly clean, bad because it shows you’re a target to be made fun of, and you just have a cocky attitude, which is bad. Honestly, you should just resign and save yourself the humiliation before something happens and you get demoted. You remind me of dirty ninja, the only thing is, he did his job and decently. FatalDisaster - I’ve seen you around a bit, both on net whenever I’m scarcely on, and teamspeak I feel like. I believe your activity is fine, nothing bad or outstanding you’ve ever done has been brought to my attention. I feel like you’re simply just trying to do your part, not overstep, not overdo it, and maintain a pretty relaxed personality, which I respect. I haven't really looked at how you handle problems, so I can’t comment on that, but if you’re a fair mod, you should get full mod eventually. MindSensation - I honestly feel like you’re better at being a person over a mod. You do stick out, but not for good reasons in my opinion. Frankly, you flirt with everyone, which annoys… basically everyone, idek how many times I’ve heard people say that. Along with you’re a lot stricter on punishments than people, which basically, you go over the top and need to relax on that, learn more boundary lines of leniency and what people have a problem with and what should be punished vs your personal views of punishment. I know a lot of people dislike your attitude towards some people, and just how you act, trying to be a part of a lot of things such as a convo you weren’t originally included in, etc. In addition to things you do which other people have been demoted for less. And just wish what you say and your actions, plus people randomly mentioning they’ve heard some… trying to remember the word, “sketchy” things about you? I think that was the word used. I wouldn’t say you should be demoted, but I don’t really think with the way that you are, that you should be a full mod.
