Ok guys, I feel like my computer is about to catch on fire from all this hate, negativity and annoyance. Why are we suddenly bashing each other on forums? First "Server is dying!" then hateful threads like "Mods are mean" and then a bunch off butt-kissers rise up with posts "Mods are great" then more hate follows again. For crying out loud, this is getting ridiculous and way out of hand. Last time I checked, this isn't an insane asylum. Players: First off, mods are here for a reason. trust me, things would go downhill without them. Yes, some of them aren't the greatest sometimes. However, it's only a select few mods and here we are exploding into a full on attack on all the mods. I think the temperature started rising when we started making "Skyblock is dying threads." threads like those are what started off the negativity. Next thing you know, there is a 3-way blowup between emerald, sean, and roblox. Flaming, anger, and saltiness starts raging up. Then accusing mods of not doing their jobs properly because a few of them messed up. Next thing you know, we are now attacking the owner of the server! What the heck? You players are worried about the server dying, look if the server dies, it will be because of all this negativity and hate. How would you feel if you joined a server, and the first thing you see are people babbling about how it's doomed to die? Wouldn't you just up and leave? If you don't want the server to die, then start supporting it. Right now all we are doing is being negative about it and destroying it. Where did morale go? I can tell you one thing, attacking our moderators, the server, and the owner himself certainly doesn't help at all. We have issues with hate, with pessimistic people, and trolls that are hurting the server. It's not just the few mods who messed up. Take a bit to consider your actions as the player first. Mods: there isn't really much to say left to the mods, as a lot of it has been discussed. But I know there have been issues with our staff. We have a ex-mod who was apparently very hateful to another staff member and other players (Not going to confirm or deny bc I don't know), and whether or not this is true, the staff need to try to avoid this. You also have a young staff member who can't seem to handle criticism. I believe something that many of us look for in a moderator is a person who can handle criticism. I have seen players state that mods have ignored or even muted players for "disrespect" when all they were doing was disagreeing. I have also heard about mods insisting on having the last word. Idk about the muting players part, but I have very well witnessed mods ignoring. A while back, I was muted for something. I stated to the mod that I believed that it was a wrongful ban. Without being super aggressive, I explained my viewpoint to this mod. Anyways, long story short, the mod said that what was done was done and that we needed the conversation to end. so the mod locked it. Later, the mod unlocked it just long enough to get a last word in, which irritated me above all else. Look, I know you guys are human as well, but it would be helpful if you tried to refrain from things such as what I mentioned in my example. I have also witnessed posts being removed that included players opinions against the staff. I don't really have anything against that, as the posts were incredibly rude and flaming. To Everyone: For crying out loud, just stop the hate. We are all humans that make mistakes. we need to support each other, and try to be a help. Finally keep this in mind: To those who say the server is dead, remember, the thing that will kill this server are the players through all this hate and negativity. End of story. Please stop posting hateful threads, and the butt-kissing threads are just flat out annoying. thank you.

I stopped reading after things would go downhill without the mods because some of the mods are the reasons things are going downhill

I do honestly regret making my hate thread. Honestly, I just want this all to stop. We are humans, we're not perfect. In fact, I don't believe in the world "perfect".
