• Did you read the rules? Yes, I have. In fact i've re written the rules in my own words, and here they are if you need them:

  Rule 1: No griefing!
  
  With the recent installation of island protection, only the players in your coop and trust can break and place blocks on your island. The maximum you is 49 blocks in length and in width from the bedrock that you spawn on, and vertically from top to the void. Being in a coop means that the owner of the island and the member/coop member has trust with each other and knows that they are not going to steal things and leave. The coop member can break, and place blocks on the island, but is also sometimes the owner has to approve. It is unnecessary to join a coop to but Destructive and take things and leave the coop, and that may result to a ban, and with that being said, DO NOT invite people to your island if you do not know them, or trust them.
  
  
  
  Rule 2: No scamming!
  
  No one likes to be scammed. Scamming is basically stealing from someone or telling them that they will pay but they don’t. Scams can be from a very cheap item to a very very expensive item which means no matter how cheap the item is, it is still a scam. In .Org using someones spawners/farm without verification is considered as stealing.
  
  How can it be legal?
  
  If the server restarts, and you throw the item, then it can be excusable, but if the server did not then it's a scam.
  
  
  
  Rule 3: No advertising!
  
  You are not allowed to advertise other servers because this is one server and you do not want people going to different servers from the server that they just joined which is skyblock.net/.org. Also when you tell a person an IP for a server on /msg or private message moderators can see it. You do not want to advertise other servers because they find this skyblock server which they think is fun but then the server looses that person because another guy advertises another server and says it is a good server and they lose interest in skyblock and then they go to that other server.
  
  How can it be legal?
  
  You can message your friend saying another server, but you cannot to it publicly.
  
  
  
  Rule 4: No killing others (in non PVP zones)
  
  Wondering how you would kill people in non PVP zones? You could attempt to burn them in lava, break blocks under them, while they are AFK you could break a block and place water and they would slowly fall into the void, and you can also attempt to kill them with mobs. This is never legal at any circumstance.
  
  
  
  Rule 5: Do not disrespect others!
  
  We do not want to see people disrespecting others on this server, especially when young kids are online. Using false language on this server is illegal because it can make kids use it too, and people get banned everyday for using this type of language.
  
  How can it be legal?
  
  If it is by mistake, then fine... maybe just a kick.
  
  But disrespecting on this server is never legal.
  
  
  
  Rule 6: Do not spam, or cap lock!
  
  Spamming or using capslock is just a way to get you in trouble, and is also a way to annoy people. There is absolutely no reason to spam or use capslock, in fact, if you use caps lock then the server does not let you send the message. You can find other ways to attract attention, like using L()()K or other things like that. You can also "spam" in a slow rate which doesn't make it spamming but still sending the message more than once.
  
  
  
  Rule 7: Do not island farm!
  
  Island farming is illegal because people do that to get dirt, if they want to make a landscape, or a biome. People also island farm to take the things inside the chest and they sell them. You should not island farm because there are many other ways of making business. Also when you keep creating new islands, you get lots of wood, ice, lava, Buckets, and other farming things. You can use all of those to sell, and again, that is why you do not island farm, and again, there are many other ways of making business.
  
  
  
  Rule 8: Do not give/trade illegal items!
  
  There are lots of illegal items on skyblock.
  
  1. Dirt (Starter item, you can vote for grass blocks (turns to dirt))
  
  2. Sand based items [Sand, Sandstone, Smooth Sandstone, Chiseled Sandstone, Stairs Sandstone, TNT] (Starter item, donate to get a kit to get more on Survival, buy from /warp shop on Economy)
  
  3. Silverfish Spawn Eggs (Can be used to grief without creating logs) [Survival Only]
  
  4. Steve and Wither Skull Heads (Never released & Withers) [Survival Only]
  
  5. Buckets [All Types] (Starter item, get more by getting iron)
  
  6. Sponge (Creative only) [Survival Only]
  
  7. Bedrock (Creative only) [Survival Only]
  
  8. Podzol (Not sold by traders, on starter islands sometimes due to glitches)
  
  
  
  Rule 9: Do not own illegal-to-own items
  
  You cannot own ores like: Coal ore, Iron ore, Gold ore, Emerald ore, Diamond ore, Redstone ore, Lapis Lazuli ore, Nether Quartz ore.
  
  It is also impossible to own them anyways.
  
  
  
  Rule 10: Do not nick abuse!
  
  Nick abusing is basically putting a swear word into your nickname. Do not do that because you do get kicked if the server notices it and you also get warnings. You can also get banned from it if you do not respect it and you get much warnings.
  
  
  
  Rule 11: Hacked clients are allowed!
  
  Hacked clients are allowed because there is no PVP on skyblock other than skywars, and using illegal hacks will result in a temporary ban.
  
  
  
  Rule 12: Mods are allowed!
  
  Mods that add blocks
  
  Mods that improve rendering
  
  Mods that allow access to all items
  
  
  
  Rule 13: Don't use Inappropriate Skins, Names or Builds!
  
  Do not use inappropriate skins, names because there are kids online, and you will not want kids to see the inappropriate things, especially the skins, or names. Not only for kids, for other people that do not like to see those type of things. Also you will want to put skins, names, or builds appropriate because nobody wants you getting in trouble with your parents.
  
  
  
  Rule 14: The mods can ONLY ban with a reason:
  
  A mod has to ban someone with proof, or a reason. They cannot just ban someone because they feel like it and if they break this rule, they can get demoted.
  
  
  
  Rule 15: Use common sense!
  
  Do not threaten people and be nice, and do not act naughty on the server. There are many rules on this server that are also included in the real life world, then it may be included in these rules too. Do not abuse them and respect them!

• Why do YOU think you were banned? Because my nick was inappropriate for the server, and i'm breaking rules.

• Was this an incorrect ban? No because me putting my nick that, is breaking the rules.

• Were you ever banned before on SkyBlock? If so, what for? I've been banned for griefing, and for spawning animals in another persons island, and one time that it was by mistake. This was about a year ago, and I've changed and haven't griefed anyone since then. The grief was on cosmo's island, and I just broke a couple leaves but got banned anyways. The spawning mobs island, I got very angry at the person and started spawning mobs in the persons island, and i've had problems with the person in the past.

• Why do you think you should be unbanned? I think I should get unbanned because i've learned my lesson that breaking the rules the way I did was a straight ban, and not a mute first.

After I told you to change your nick, you started changing it to more inappropriate things. You were banned because I didn't want people to see it in /list. How can I know that this sort of thing won't happen again?

 

I didn't see you telling my to change my nick. This won't happen again because i've learned my lesson, and know that it's breaking the rules to put inappropriate nicks, and that we should keep the /list and the chat clean. This is also the first time this has happened to me, and I will not let it happen again.

 

Since this is your first offense of this kind, I'll unban you and leave you muted for a day just so that you know that breaking rules doesn't go unpunished.
