banned for falling in void?

    Hi,
    I entered the server a while ago and was working on the parcour when I fell into the void, an then I am kicked for flying. Now when I try to enter the server it says "disconnected". I have been unable to enter for 4 days. This server used to be my favorite. Plz let me back on!

    This is a glitch with the anti-cheat, and the best way to fix it is to private message a moderator on the forums and they can quickly teleport you to either your island or to spawn before it kicks you. Emerald is currently offline, so you can wait for him or private message a different moderator and ask them to do the same thing.

    The ban only lasts 30 seconds. You have to wait that out, then log in and have a mod tp you the exact moment you log in so that it doesn't put you into "falling" mode and get you banned again. Once you make a /newisland you won't get banned anymore.

    That is a connection issue, not a ban.
    In fact you've never been banned at all:
