Please can you explain to me why this is an incorrect ban?

I've also been told by fellow moderators that you just recently got unbanned from player killing AND you have also advertised before. Not only did you break these rules, you also thought it was ok to ban evade AND you came up to me pretending you where a different player. You said in your appeal that you have read the rules, is this a lie or the truth? Why do you deserve to be unbanned after you have lied and not learnt your lesson previously?

ik I admit to advertising I did it for sir staple not for my self and I have learnt my lesson I wont do it again btw I don't even like him now THEY BANNED ME FROM THE server even thought I got my self banned from my favorite server (skyblock.net) I have been so pissed off at him now they are saying I have been grieffing and also my birthday is on the
23rd of march witch is tomorrow and I only have a week left of my ban if you can please let me off that as my birthday gift I would really appreciate that -TheProBuilder123
