I respect your opinion, however some of this information your friends have told you (not sure who) is incorrect. I haven't ban evaded nor have scammed people in skin comps. On the other hand I have taken action when players are thrown into the void. However thank you for the feedback.

Alright, Ms. Dino-- this is your time to shine. I absolutely love reading this part of every Moderator application and so far everything I see tells me this could be amazing. Give it your best shot, looking forward to it.

The word is "unbiased", no hyphen. Please correct that. Additionally while you are digging through the text please run a spell check to catch that "belive", ma'am.

Moving on: Hearing both sides before taking action is "Impartial". Semantics-- don't feel the need to change your phrasing if you do not want to, ma'am. As a matter of fact feel free to ignore this entire review, I have no weight on the selection process.

However, I would like to point out you seem to be angling for a Mediator role with this paragraph. You like to listen to everyone tell their side of the story, etc. That is rather interesting. But you really need to throw at least one more line here explaining why "Un-Biased" makes you a good pick for this job. Up to you.

"Active: Since I've been able to come back"? Do not start a qualification by dropping broad hints you do not have that qualification. Either you are active now or you are not! Either way you could move this entire part down to the correct template question.

Recommendation: Rewrite this and focus on how much time you spend helping "get the job done". Stop being so mysterious and list what you do, then highlight how much time you spend doing that. Top it off with a line about how this makes you a good pick for Moderator.

Your qualifications are shorter than midget urinals. This is an excellent start to describing how you treat others, but where is the meat? For example how do you intent to demonstrate respect when handling player complaints? Or perhaps are you trying to introduce politeness back into the community one player at a time?

Anyone can write about being respectful. That's nice! What are you doing with it, ma'am...?

Excellent qualification, Ms. Dino. Very few people list "patience" as a trait they think is good for Moderation. Can you add a few lines about why it is important not to ban someone out of existence for not replying quickly enough...? How would you apply your patience to this job you want?

Recommendation: Synonyms. You are spamming "dedicated" a lot here. As a sidenote instead of endless flavors of the D-word please give a few examples of how dedicated you are. You could list how many people you've helped in the last few months, point out the suggestions you've supported, talk about spending an entire evening helping a group of kids build a treehouse, etc. Show your dedication, don't just talk about it.

Spell. Check. This application is starting to read like you desperately wrote it a few minutes before the teacher demanded to see your homework. Additionally please take a moment to go over your choice of words: That "fourth" made me look into renewing my methotrexate prescription.

Read this entire paragraph out loud a few times. You will rapidly understand how odd this entire thing sounds. Alternatively you might summon the ghost of an English Teacher-- those guys are pretty tense.

Try again. None of this is related to "reasonable". I have no recommendation here because it would involve me completely writing a new paragraph.

I think the perfect way to describe your qualifications is: "Aborted".

It looks like you started describing excellent qualities about yourself and then stopped because you got bored. There are many things you can offer... but the greatest offer is... making days brighter? Weak sentence, weak sentence, death by apathy closing. Let me take a stab at rephrasing this:

Kind-Hearted: The greatest thing a Moderator can ever offer is understanding. Seeing things from another perspective and feeling the impact of my actions on players is always on the front of my thoughts. I am always careful to keep the best interests of players in mind and I understand sometimes that means removing a problem person to benefit the community as a whole. Kindness, understanding and empathy are essential traits for a Moderator and I have all of them.​

Did I get even close to what you were trying to say...? Please phrase your qualifications in a way that explains you are the best choice to be promoted.

For the love of deep fried candy bars: WHEN? When are you available, Ms. Dino? Are you volunteering for the midnight to 3am shift? Maybe you like to jump online from lunch until 1pm? It is very hard to hire you without knowing when you will be online. Post a schedule.

Experience is the #1 thing that gets people hired, ma'am. Please list what you can do, not just the position you held. Don't limit yourself to online things, either: If you have a part time job at a restaurant then by all means list that you are excellent with handling demanding players and fulfilling short notice problems. See how this works?

Quite welcome, ma'am. That wasn't as much fun as I thought it would be to go through. When you have a moment please go through your application, spell check it like a boss and perhaps add a little bit to your qualifications. This is obviously not your final draft and I'm looking forward to seeing what you end up with.

First off I would like to say thank you for taking time out of your day to review my application. I am now going through and fixing the spelling mistakes you pointed out. I will also focus on main points and rewrite some details.
