HELP! NEED GOOD TIPS!

So, I have recently built a 25x25 layer underneath my main island, and now here is the problem, I don't know what to do with it! I have thought of creating some sort of trade shop but it is literally too big! I would be glad is some experienced builders gave me some tips on how to turn the bottom layer into some sort of shop or something which would be useful.

I tried making somesort of farm but it just doesn't work out as I haven't got materials and for the forest 2 xD

 

How far underneath? If it's far enough you can make a squid spawn pool. Other ideas are; a barn, a greenhouse, scale statues, or even a storage station.
