This thread disgusts me, mainly because it exposes the division and anxiety running throughout this country right now.

I am not a conservative nor a liberal - I'm an Independent. Both Republicans and Democrats have their hypocrites, corruption, and extremists. There are nuts in both parties, who will bash and insult others for their different views.

As an Independent, I can only pray that our country can move through this division & hostility.

I'm going to add my own opinion to this:

I think abortion should be allowed for rape victims, and or at an early stage before the fetus develops into a conscious human being.
But I think it should be prohibited from those who intentionally consented to having a child, and also decide to get an abortion after the fetus has greatly developed.
