8. Why do you think you should be unbanned? I did not plan on selling the island when I got it. It was good, but someone offered 1 diamond and 12 grass. I accepted. This was days ago, and I feel that this should not be bannable. Thank you for reading my Appeal.

 

I talked to Panther and he said he had bought the island with grass on it, you should know, that buying islands will large amounts of grass is illegal. Explain how this is an incorrect ban.

 

As I said, Is am glad you moderators keep the server great. And as I said, I read the rules, only not recently. Please reconsider, fault on my part.

Yes, xXJavaCreeperXx was banned, too. However if you don't read the rules that often, how do I know you will remember them and follow them?

Also, selling islands with large amounts of grass is passed off as illegal trading because if you break the grass, it turns into dirt. And as you should know, dirt trade is illegal, too.

All of them.

 

Staff abuse is illegal. Nick as Sarge or whatever, ban.
Nick Abuse: Making a /nick like, well, I won't say, is innapropriate and illegal
Bucket/Dirt trade: Illegal, as encourages is farming
Stealing/Scamming: Illegal for obvious reasons
ALL Illegal trade: trades pertaining to items such as mass dirt or bucket storage on an Island
Hacking/PlayerKills: Bannable, as hacking is piracy and PlayerKills are techinically impossible without mods.

 

And how can I trust you that you won't break the rules again? Due to your last appeal it looks like you got banned again in the same month.

 

This is true. However, last time I admit utter stupidity, even though I thought using the stone on someone else's island justified it. However, this is not clearly stated in the rules. I feel it semi-unfair. What I think is appropriate is a 30-day mute, as the deal wouldn't have happened without chat.

 

I see your frustration, yes, however it falls into the illegal trading rule. A lot of things happen due to chat, but we don't mute for that, we ban. It's not really a chat offence, either. Do you understand if you break this rule again, it could lead to longer ban time?
