Dude do you know how long these request refunds have been? Like more than a year. Cyps had enough time to come on teamspeak and prank and joke around multiple times and yet he can't do something as easy as this. And yet you give him the slack and disagree with me? You know how many hours there are in a year? Enough to come into the forums and say "sorry this has taken long, we're sorting it all out'. Even if he took another year that would be better than this...

 

"As easy as this" First you need to get rid of the original 850K from the economy, second ban all the persons affiliated with the scammer, and then finally refund the 850K. The first step hasn't even been completed, nor will it ever be. You need to understand the process before you speak.

 

He took your money then bought the head from Tyler. So when he was banned, he would have had the head only. What money were they looking for, since it shows that transaction in the screenies as well?
It's insane that this hasn't been sorted out yet. Loss of property from scams or glitches that isn't refunded would cause a lot of players to quit, so good that you guys didn't.
Keep posting threads about it till you get your property back, that's my suggestion.

Yea 250/500 Dias haven't been refunded yet and my loss was cyps fault lmao I just gave up trying to get refunded because it's never going to happen and the staff just say the same deflecting answers every time.

Yea in my case there was ample evidence and it was somewhat his fault and I didn't get refunded. I only included the staff because I never got a definitive answer on whether or not I would be refunded or if it was not going to happen.
