850k Refund Awaited to Be Refunded [Cyp?]

It's been 5 months since I've got scammed 850,000$ (850k) Skybucks for an upgrade.

So from July 8-9 2016 to this day I haven't been refunded yet. I ask a few ORG mods if anything new happens but nah. Each moderator give me a different answer.
Some says cyp wont refund. Some says as long the money i still in this economy cyp wont refund it. I've been waiting for 5 months! I've decided to make this thread to try to get CypriotMerkz to refund me perhaps even some moderators said he might not/wont refund but hopes' high and seriously please D:

No, but why hasn't he done the opposite? Why doesn't he just go ahead and say "No, I don't think you deserve a refund because of blah blah blah". Instead he continues to ignore the countless threads, messages and pms.

 

He's busy. I'm sure he's seen the request of a refund, and I'm sure he has spoken to mods too about it.
