Spawn PvP Portal

The other day i tried to enter Cyp's pvp portal in spawn, and burned to death getting in it, I could not do anything because all my items were destroyed in the portal, so i ask someone to replace the portal with water or something, maybe give all players near spawn fire resistance?

 

I've had this issue with almost dying walking into the portal. There is water that the PvP spawn but you don't spawn in the water, you spawn in front of it. I'd say either change the portal to water, make it so we spawn in the water, or make it so we wont take fire damage at spawn.

Wow that's interesting. Now I know why greenies didnt follow me when I tried to lead them into the portal.

Support, I see players quite a lot walking into the portals and losing their items.

Support i lost my dia boots and dia sword while going through it because i did it with a pet on my hat so instead i just do /warp pvp now

True, However anyone without /god will lose stuff in the portal.

 

But I am glad ya'll agree ^.^

Maybe there should be something like that fake end portal in /warp mob, but under it would be a pressure plate.

Who thinks that the portal should be
A.Water
B.Hidden under an end portal
C.Just a pressure plate
D.Or players should just have fire resistance

It Should be Water, you dont get damage from water overall.

 

Unless you drown in it without /god on (or if you are donor50 and below)

 

Who is Dumb enough to drown in it...xD
