This is a fantastic idea! I support this 100% because there is no harm in giving someone a rules book. Org needs a lot of small updates, but if this could be put into the server it would reduce the rate of beginners asking multiple questions that everyone knows the answers to. Support. It'd definitely be a great feature for new players to read the rules so they have a less likely chance of getting banned bc they didn't know what they did was wrong.
