Minecraft Demo

Well hello everyone, I have been trying to find an answer to my question for a long time now, I tried to look up answers, watched videos, everything and nothing worked, here is my issue. I am trying to log into my alt and everything is going great, but when I log into that account, it says I have a demo minecraft version. I bought minecraft for that account and was wondering why do I have a demo version, I logged into my minecraft account and it says nothing about owning minecraft. I was currently going to use my alt for skyblock, but I cannot go onto it since it's only demo. If anyone has any fixes for getting my account back to the full version I will be willing to pay 9 diamonds, thank you.

I have tried several times, no response. I also called Microsoft and they don't know what I am talking about.

 

When it says you only have the minecraft demo on a alt 'etc' that means you have only bought minecraft on your main account, since you have to pay the 35$ (AUD) 'your price' for it.

 

I bought minecraft on both accounts. I remember it saying in my account info that I payed for my alt and this account.

 

Did you actually pay for your alt's MineCraft account or did you accidentally click "Demo"

 

Do you have a recipe for your minecraft?

 

I remember playing on my alt for a couple years playing the full version. I logged in then it said demo user, so I had to buy the account I use now, but for some reason my alt says demo when I really bought it.

Do you have the transaction receipt? If you do, then Mojang will have to help you. It could just be an error with one of their servers. Mind telling me your alt's ign?

 

I do not have any proof that I owned the alt, I do have the username, why do you need it though?

 

You need that recipt to get any major support.
Source: My main account was a gift and now I can't migrate because I can't prove myself.

 

If you didn't get a recipe then you didn't pay for the account.

 

I got a reciept, I cannot find it, I believe I might've deleted it. I also did pay for that account, I remember playing on skyblock.net with that account.

The only proof I have to make you guys believe is that I have my alt's island, I am the only one trusted too, but that is not good proof.

 

How old is the account and whats the username?

 

I bought the account late 2k14 and it's (weird name) BAjaANcaNAdiAN

 

I'll see what I can sort out with the name.
