    and maybe to get more fps in games, render videos faster, do some complex math, 3d s***, etc.
    essentially everything that you see on your monitor goes through your graphics card.

    I do plan to get a new laptop at the end of the year, maybe an ASUS GL502VS (GTX 1070), but... for now, I don't have any form of GTX GPU.
