This kind of thing has happened to me before. It is completely your fault, so mods can't refund you. If you wanted a player to refund you, it would help to have screenshot evidence, but you don't have that, and a witness is not valid evidence. In the future, don't keep lots of valuable items in your inventory, logout when you have to go somewhere (not afk), and take screenshots when you do have valuable items in your inventory.
